A development programme for poets from the south east of England with a desire to learn more about the craft and business of poetry. Led by acclaimed poet Dean Atta, over the course of six monthly sessions, with virtual mentoring and regular homework, you will be guided to take the next steps in your poetry career.
Spaces are limited to 15 participants. Those selected will be encouraged to share skills and offer support to one another throughout the programme and beyond. Participants will be expected to commit to all six sessions and to doing regular homework in their own time.
To apply for this programme please send us six poems of no more than 40 lines each with a covering letter detailing your achievements to date and what next steps you would like to make in your career as a poet.
The deadline for applications is 22 January 2018.

Cost: £60, bursaries available for those who cannot afford this. Email email@example.com if you wish to apply for a bursary. This will not affect your application.
