Come along for an afternoon of practical tips on how to pitch your work and yourself – learn the ‘dos and don’ts’ of social media and network with like-minded writers.  This will be perfect for authors at the early stage of their publishing journey.

Anna Burtt is Social Media Manager for Myriad Editions. She also commissions and works as Publishing Coordinator for hybrid publisher, RedDoor Publishing. Her experience of independent publishing is wide and varied, including foreign rights, editorial, design and marketing. She is the founder of the West Hill Writing Group in Brighton, where she facilities community creative writing classes. She’s been a guest tutor at West Dean College, Chichester, teaching an intensive one-day course on book marketing and speaks about routes to publication at events across Sussex. She co-hosts Brighton’s Bookish Supper Salon.
