The Brighton & Hove Arts Council 2019 Poetry Competition is open for entries

Brighton & Hove Arts Council have announces the opening of the 2019 Poetry Competition in partnership with the University of Brighton. All poems will be judged by Dr Jess Moriarty MA – who is course leader of creative writing at the University of Brighton.

The Open Competition is open to anyone over the age of 16 years by the closing date, and who is resident, working, studying or was born in Sussex. Deadline for entries: 20 October 2019.

Entries will cost £6 for the first poem plus £4 for all subsequent poems with no limit to the number of entries.
