Writing From Lived Experience – with Charlie Josephine
Writing from lived experience can be empowering self-expression, or public self-harm. Charlie Josephine has faced both. In this masterclass they will share lessons learnt (the hard way) on publicly sharing stories born from a personal place.
Expect writing exercises and group discussion exploring clarity of form and content, separating the art from the artist, neoliberalism, self indulgence, trauma porn, and creative joy.
