How to Protect Your Creative Self as a Writer
As writers, our aim is to construct imaginary worlds. Yet in the real world – the one we actually live in- we can be faced with unexpected problems and challenges that threaten our creative output.
In this workshop Lola Jaye will draw from her experiences as an author and psychotherapist, exploring how writers can protect their mental health in the face of unexpected challenges that can affect creativity. Offering tactics and techniques to overcome writer’s block, rejection, just not wanting to write and other barriers to creativity.
