Creative Wellbeing Toolkit

A workshop designed to create something meaningful that can last a lifetime. Join local multi-disciplinary creative and artivist Erin James for a practical making workshop rooted in
wellbeing. This tactile and ritualistic session will allow those who enter the space to connect with the community and come together to creatively problem-solve a small, artistic remedy for the intense times we find ourselves in. You can expect to leave with the start of a personalised, creative, care-based toolkit to be used throughout your life. A number of intentionally curated creative invitations will be offered for you to dive into crafting your own specific toolkit, from zine-making, playlist-crafting, collaging, creative writing prompts, community conversations and collaborations.
