New Writing South is seeking a dynamic Digital and Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing New Writing South’s digital and marketing strategies and campaigns across all activities.
New Writing South is the literature development agency for the South East. We aim to support a thriving, complex literary landscape across the region where writers from all backgrounds participate and enrich it with their diverse sensibilities and perspectives.
The Digital and Marketing Manager plays a key role within our small team, leading on digital and wider marketing strategies and campaigns across all of company activities, managing all digital and print marketing collateral, and running multi-channel campaigns to foster online communities and achieve agreed income and user targets.
We are seeking a Digital and Marketing Manager who will refresh and implement NWS brand, including messaging, style-consistency and tone guidelines, across all activities, taking lead responsibility for NWS’s website, social media and digital channels.
Over the next year the Digital and Marketing Manager will also work with NWS Programmers to develop and manage a new online education programme.
The role requires a self-motivated individual, with a passion for literature and the arts and a commitment to diversity and equality.
The post is based in our Brighton office and may require some evening and weekend work.

This is a part-time role (2.5 days per week) Salary: £28,000 (pro rata)
